File your annual renewal registration and BOI to remain compliant and in good standing with your secretary of state and federal government. Annual renewal is due annually in most states. Please note if your business is located in: -ALASKA -INDIANA -IOWA -NEBRASKA -NEW YORK -WASHINGTON D.C Renewal is required biennially or every 2 years. Please note: Additional fee's will be required if your business is located in: -ARKANSAS -CALIFORNIA -DELAWARE -FLORIDA -MARYLAND -MASSACHUSETTS -NEVADA -NORTH CAROLINA -TENNESSEE -TEXAS -WASHINGTON D.C (Eastern Standard Time)
